Our flock of laying hens is truly unmatched, delivering outstanding egg production and remarkable resilience. Breeds

German Bielefelder — Lays warm tan to light brown eggs, sometimes with subtle speckling. 

Double Silver Laced Barnevelder — Lays small cream to light brown eggs, with some hens producing a slightly darker or warmer tint.

Black Copper Marans — Known for deep chocolate to dark mahogany-brown eggs. The richest, darkest shades can have a beautiful reddish-brown tone.

Azure Egger — Produces blue to blue-green eggs, with the exact shade varying by hen and breeding line.

Green Queen — Produces green eggs, often with shades ranging from soft green to deeper green and occasional speckling.

Wheaten Marans — Lays rich chocolate to deep reddish-brown eggs, characteristic of the Marans breed.

Barred Plymouth Rock — Lays light brown to creamy-tinted eggs, generally a warm, classic brown shade.

Wheaten BBS Olive Egger — Produces olive-green eggs, ranging from soft sage to deeper olive. Some hens may produce eggs with speckles or varying shades of green.
